The diapers can use alone,If baby urine is a lot ,you can use with inserts together,put a thin Inserts over the inside
but the diapers can not fix inserts oh.
Once the diaper is wet,need change it in time ,and do not use it at night.
The ctoch is 3 layers,waterproof,but other parts is like ordinary underwear
